Not that it is a huge help, but since you've got a tractor, you should get a trailer for the tractor that includes the ability to dump.

I've got one of these or something like this. I think it was about $150. I can tow it with my zero turn. I think the "tow hitch" was about $20 on Amazon. I think mine is small, only 6cuft, but they make larger models. And they dump like a dump truck.
