Way ahead of ya on yoga. Went in the house yesterday right after this happened, laid on my bedroom floor for a while to let things ease up, that started hitting the Cobra and a few other things I remember from PT when I had a herniated disc in my lower back.

The good news is, there's no nerve tingling in my left leg (left side is the problem)... just a lot of tightness in my hip. I'm thinking massage therapist and then chiropractic adjustment back to back might be a good idea.

If none of that works, I have beer. I just need to have my son bring the 5 gallon keg into the family room or the couch out to the garage next to the kegorator.
