My dad is 78, got vaccinated as soon as it was available (Moderna) to him, which was about 8 months ago, and he just had a antibody test done as part of his annual physical; his doctor said that his antibody level means the booster shot is totally unnecessary at this time. Like Chocohaulic and some other members have mention in this thread and others, it seems nutz to get any follow-up injections without first getting tested for antibody level.
BTW - he has not gotten Covid thus far (had a scare prior to vaccination but tested negative).
