When I installed my factory tow module everything came online right away. All the lights worked as expected.
I didn’t need to activate anything in my system. I doubt the Durametric system can “talk” to your Prodigy tow module, which is too bad.
The Durametric system only supports Cayennes up to 2015. I wonder if it could talk to your 2018 and potentially identify any errors/faults with the system.
Even so, it looks like up to 2015 the Durametric Tow Bars and Trailers cannot be activated with the Durametric.
Hopefully you have already sorted this one out.
