Nah, nobody will care. People buy homes that others have been murdered in with no issue. This won't mean a thing.
Maybe, maybe, maybe hhad they left the section that didn't fall down there and rebuilt people might have questioned it. But in the end they would all sell.
The DC-10 went back in service and the crashes of the late 70's faded to memeory. The 737 Max is back in service and on one is talking about it. Short memories. By the time the new building is up it will be ancient history and many will barely remeber.
