No you didn't, but you did imply the sales people would conceal what had happened at that site.
"I would bet the sales staff for the
next condo built there won't say a word about the

I simply provided a few examples why no one would care. But, Real estate law does require disclosure of certain know facts if relevant to a piece of real estate that may influence a persons decision to purchase, such as murder or if it is know a meth clinic was approved next door or similar. The fact people died at this location due to the collpase may need to be disclosed.
