If so, chime in. Idea here is to persue a general dialogue on trading thoughts, practices, software, brokers, signal templates... basically anything futures trading related. Focus is ES but why not discuss other futures vehicles as well.

For my part, I used to trade the Russell. When they switched to the ICE I moved to the YM. Given the participation in the ES being significantly greater than the YM, I'm now moving to the ES. I trade off a range bar chart using Fib, Speed Resistance lines, and the 50, 100, and 200 moving averages, Daily Pivot, and PDH & PDL for references. My focus is one index for the sake of simplicity.

In a nutshell, this is about what works and what doesn't---what is profitable and what is not.

I have a question to lead things off. Is the ES the best futures vehicle to trade? Is there a better futures? What makes a better futures better?
