Tabs is right. Eliminate ALL sugar. Don't eat anything out of a box or package. Don't even go into the aisles at supermarkets. Everything you need is against the walls.
Me? I can brag that I eat NO sugar but.....I do drink whisky. And I'm not planning to stop.
BTW, reducing sugar and carbs is also a good way to lower cholesterol. Who knew?
