If it was just for that stuff, I'd be all in. I have a winch on the front of my 6x6 ranger for and my wife will be using the portable as well.

The weirdest design of our house is that there is an attic above the garage...the only way up was by ladder until we put in pull down stairs...at least 12 feet from floor to ceiling.

There is a ton of stuff up there that Mongo used manual pulleys to get up. Mongo no want to do in reverse.

We are downsizing for the move and getting stuff down and out.

Even large logs I need to cut and split...a second inch for stability will be great. A back is a terrible thing to waste.

Closest HF is about 45 minutes North. I'll head up next week.
