Reference sensor....?

Can you hear or feel a click from the relay when turning the ignition to "ON"? If not, either the relay is bad or their no power to it.

If the relay is powering on, give the intake a blast of ether. If it tries to start, it's a fuel issue.

If the engine is still a lump, do the dance and check the sensors on the flywheel.
