A good PDR person should be able to get that out. They use a tool that slides down the door. They have glue pulls on the outside and use a combination to massage the dent out. I had a few dings on the body line of one of my vehicles. I was amazed at what the PDR guy I used could do. I asked if he minded me watching him work. He had no problem with me being there so I sat quietly and just watched him work dings out of my car.

The guy I used was highly recommended by a local body shop. So if you don't know who to use, you might start with contacting a reputable body shop.
