Yes, petplan. Our recently departed black lab, Ruby, needed two torn ACL surgeries when she was less than 2. Petplan covered it, and we ended up ahead with the policy.
She ended up with a variety of allergies and other minor health issues, we were visiting the vet on average every 3-4 months, and we’re reimbursed for most visits.
Our 5 year old lab is similarly insured but hasn’t needed it. She doesn’t have the allergies and her knees are doing ok.
So, petplan is ahead with us, but not by much.
