Ya right lol Herbert a sexest. That's why the most potent characters in all of the novels (aside from protagonist) are female. He was ahead of the pack when it came to that issue.
I really liked the way Herbert balanced the saga in that way, maybe w/exception for the cold detachment of the BG. Somehow in the books you got the impression that was what set her apart from the rest, the actual emotional attachment she had to Paul. I think that still could have been portrayed more effectively than it was. My 32 year old son was throwing his hands up in the wtf salute while watching it... Pretty funny actually he got it too.
