My experience was with factory adjustable spring plates and original bushes. Once on a 71 and once once on a 73. The three mounting bosses protruding from the frame are shorter on the early cars than on later ones that came with adjustable spring plates new. The spacer that goes on the fourth mount was also shorter. The bolts are longer or shorter, according to the parts book: M10x28 in the early cars, M 10x30 in the later cars. I quickly measured an old cylinder head washer from my hardware box, like the ones I used as spacers, and it's around 3 mm thick. The Dansk spring plates look really nice. I'd like to hear how well they work.
