On the back end that is still an ad which is why you can see it in ads manager.
Depending on what other marketplaces you are member of you can chose to include those in your listing.
For example, I was selling some video game memorabilia and joined a couple videogame collector marketplaces to insure that my listing was shown there in addition to the FB Marketplace.
