So what are you missing? a lot

You put out a presumption that judgeS are full of themselveS.

And you post 1 link of 1 judge, that to me seems to be a poor example of anything.
Because clearly the lawyer is showing attitude to the judge, which well, is not a good idea. You have to respect the institute, represented by that judge.

Rolling your eyes when the judge says something is never going to work in any kind of court.
And he probably could have gotten slapped with a contempt of court if he was in front of a less forgiving judge was already having a bad day..

So what else are you missing?
an understanding of court proceedings?
a valid point?
decent argumentation for the point you try to make?
