I just replaced mine a few weeks ago on my 88 Targa. I went to Crutchfield and entered my car info and they provided recommendations. I went with the Infinity Reference REF-6432cfx. You have to remove the universal backing plate and just use the metal part of the speaker, and trim off some glue like substance, but they fit perfectly. My backing plates were broken so I ordered new ones from Pelican.
Note this assumes the rear speakers in a cab are the same as a Targa.
