Yeah, I get it. Some people drive their cars (repair them when necessary) and others just talk about them and what they have paid others to do to them...Sarcasm isn't helpful (but I know it is commonplace on this forum).
The market has been crazy the past few years and I just wanted honest range so I don't leave cash on the table or turn down a reasonable offer.
