Lucky you, I started wearing glasses at 5, and they were thick bifocals too. In high school I switched over to contacts, and in I think, 2008, had PRK surgery. Still 2015, but the close up for reading is gone, so now I have to wear cheaters. My optometrist did warn me, that after I hit 50, I would most likely need reading glasses. So now, a set of reading glasses in each car and in each room
Back on topic, looks like I will be getting a new set of hearing aids soon to replace the ones that got lost in the crash.
