First start on my 911SC rebuild

Hello all, first post but I've been reading this forum daily for the past few months. I bought my first Porsche this summer, a black on tan leather 82' 911sc Targa with 125k miles. I drove it for a few months before I started hearing the classic "cards on spoke" broken head stud sound. Turns out I had two broken head studs and one that had the bolt backed all the way off. I pulled the motor and replaced the head studs, had the heads rebuilt, new springs etc. as well as backdated the heat system, and removed the stock cat and heat exchangers for some beautiful SSI's with a 2 in 1 out Dansk muffler. Lots of work/reading/watching youtube and today I wheeled it out and went to start. Cranked over for 30 seconds a few times with the fuel pump relay out until it built oil pressure and then plugged the relay back in. It started almost immediately, ran awesome for 3-5 seconds, and then just sputters sounds like it's missing and if I give it any throttle it dies. Did this a few times, every time it starts immediately and runs great for a few seconds then does the same.

Any ideas???

Thanks a ton!!! Pictures of my car to follow
