Figured it out, timing was bad but I assumed it was the Oxy sensor relay. Swapped the original one out with a cheapy from Napa. Realized I was only getting 1-2V to the FV with the crap relay. Borrowed a timing light and fixed my timing. Swapped the new (crap) relay out for my original and I'm happy to say it's running great!
