I hate Turkey.
I'm having a Duck.
Went to little Saigon and got a couple fresh ones. Me & the clerk told Turkey jokes.
Rub them up with kosher salt & pepper. Stuff the cavity with apples & prunes.
Cook on a raised rack. Clarify the drippings for awesome gravy. Mashed Potatoes & red Cabbage, Scandinavian style.
Eat, drink & remember all the Turkeys in life.
