Right now I will try to get used to the new start menu. That is the biggest change I see. My desktop is the same, except the start button and search window are now on the task bar. Lots of little changes, but nothing too much hidden.
Like Win 10 or the Borg, resistance if futile, people can resist for a while, but eventually the new Windows takes over.
