We aren't big fans of turkey. Wife manages a retail store, all hands on deck Black Friday, so we ALWAYS host Thanksgiving. Fun time with family, a few generations. We do prime rib (22 lb., Angus), ham (10 lb; I tried out a new cajun rub and I liked it), and the "usual" side dishes. Wife makes fresh cranberries that I'm told were delicious (I hate cranberries). Sister-in-law brought several pies and homemade rolls.
It was a good day, and as usual, I cook WAY too much. Even after sending food home with people, we'll be eating leftovers for several days
