Wow thats a lot nicer than I was expecting to see for $140. Good luck. The measure is whether it can make a tasty beverage. Do you already have a grinder?
Friends ask me for advice about espresso machines... I tell them not to waste their money if they're not already spending bank every week on beans. Espresso will concentrate the bad flavors.
My advice:
orphan espresso manual fixie grinder ($200)
#2 melitta cone brewer ($7)
pack of hario v60 thick white paper filters ($7/100)
good fresh beans ($15-20: not grocery store or franchise)
With that you can make one of the best cups of (drip) coffee in the world. The tough part is the price of good beans, the price of the gear pales in comparison.
I'd rather have a good espresso and while price of entry goes way up the cost of beans still dominates.
Edit: oh no you're in hawaii... Could be wrong but when I searched I was not able to find great beans for espresso... Stick with drip!
