I have found that the tinnitis seems to come and go.
What I did is went to 'Youtub' and searched tinnitus. Listened to a ton of videos that will help relieve symptoms for a while and found 2 or three that work specifically for the frequency that plagues me. You have to find the ones that work best for you. It is only temporary relief but I'll take a day of relief any time.
