It's tricky to answer your color match question because Porsche/VDO used several different finishes over the years. I've even had original sets from the same car that no longer match because the way the different finishes have aged. I've done well over 100 gauges with this black and so far no complaints. It's obviously not a perfect match with every set but it matches very well with most.
The gauge does not include the AFR wideband controllers or sensors. They require a 0-5V analog signal from a wideband controller. Most of the controllers (AEM, Innovate, PLX, ect) provide this output. So for this particular configuration, with 2 AFR gauges, you would need either a dual wideband controller or 2 separate controllers.
This was the prototype small triple gauge so now that I have the parts developed I should be able to build other configurations. One of the AFR gauges could be replaced with something else.

Like the larger triple and quad gauges I've been building, these will vary in price depending on what 3 gauges are inside and whether or not a core is provided. However, they do take a while to build and the parts are all handmade so they aren't cheap. This configuration is going to be about $450. I would say $400-$550 is probably the range

What O2 sensor would be needed to run the AFR gauges?

Answer is above. Almost any wideband controller will work to provide the required 0-5V analog signal to drive these gauges
