JTL, Agree with the others, you have the two correct shop names for Charlotte. I've done some bodywork in my days. That fender (wing) could be repaired, but if the headlight bucket is deformed in anyway, it would be very time consuming (expensive) to repair. Even if it is fine, the hours to restore it would likely exceed the cost of a new one. Replacement is likely the most logical path to complete the repair.
