My suggestion put up a pole barn large enough for an RV/travel trailer . Concrete floor with provisions for septic/water/electric . RVs' this time of year are much cheaper than in season . Haul camper to the spot , park under roof and enjoy . You have all the amenities and creature comforts needed .
If for some reason you don't like it you can sell the RV and/or the property that already has a structure on it . I seriously doubt you would ever lose money .
