A 27' - 30' travel trailer or 5th wheel is a manageable size but enough room to stretch your legs . As an example there is a 27' 5th wheel for sale near me for 7K . Seller says no leaks and never has leaked . Everything works . For 7K you roll it into place and enjoy.
