bought an acre on the kenai this fall. not the best fishing spot. but the river changes every year.
no plans to develop, just parking money for ten years or so. it's about twenty minutes form my house, and technically closer in to civilization than where i am now. think i might turn it into a fish camp. clear space for tents and a fire ring. some steps to make getting down the bank easier. what else?
