Hi all,

I have a 2.2S engine sitting in my garage/shop. It came out of a 911 race car with under 8 hours on it after a rebuild. Well, since it was swapped out for a 2.7, I have this engine ready to install in my car.

So, I'm new to 911 engines, and this one is missing quite a few parts, ie fan, alternator, fan shroud, misc sheet metal(?), and most important, carbs.

What carbs should I use? I will probably get some used ones and rebuild them myself. what should I be looking for? I found some zenith carbs in the classifieds for a good deal. What about webers?

This will be going in my 914 race car. Thanks!
