One thing that I like about F1 is very smart engineers start with a rule book, and a blank computer program, and build unique cars and come up with different designs and then go racing. The only parts on F1 cars that are interchangeable are the wheels and tires, and that is a rule that all cars use the same wheels and tires.

Not true. The wings on the noses are all spec. The rear wigs might as well be. Severe limitations on all the design of the lower sidepods. Don't know what happens in 2022. Me thinks much more of the same.
