My dog is fine with a bath- possibly even excited for one, but I highly suspect it’s because he gets a full size treat after!
Because he is paralyzed in the rear and wears a diaper, I worry about urine burns, so I also use dry shampoo on a wet washcloth on his junk zone after each expression of his bladder and change of diaper.
Maybe try a washcloth and work up from there?
