Correct. That's what I would use.
The only other thing I will add is that there's shift quality and there is wear. Some of the synthetics will feel great when the gearbox is freshly rebuilt, but they will accelerate wear, and if we bump this thread in a couple of years, it wouldn't surprise me if some of these people have needed to refresh their box because of worn synchros.
