My buddy had a "63 Valiant as a commuter, dark green, super clean except it was missing one piece of trim. He got gas at this little independent station. Guy admired the car, used to have one just like it. "I think I still have a piece of chrome from it. Was the same piece that was missing, but not the same car.
He drove that thing over 300,000 miles, then put a motor in it out of a wrecked 1980s van with the help of his brother in law. Sold it for more than he had in it.
