Interesting... I suspected it was OE. What is different that Clark's says to jumper pins 1 & 4 and 7 & 8. The jumpers on this device are on 1 & 4 and 5 & 6. I did swap 5 & 6 to 7 & 8 to no effect.

Thanks for all the notes and suggestions. I'll reply to those later.

I also tried adjusting the flywheel sensors yesterday and discovered something different there.
