I haven't used any of the shifters, springs etc. mentioned already. I replaced a factory short shifter and stock coupler with the Numeric Racing shifter in the Spring of this year. The nice thing with the Numeric option is it includes all bushings and a coupler. All pivot points in the shifter and coupler have ball bearings. It's a 40% reduction, so I find it actually allows a deliberate shift but still quick because you have a shorter distance to travel... love it!

yes, that's why I was surprised I was able to move the shifter to 3-4 plane while in gear. It is not a bushing and/or coupler alignment issue (they're all new and adjusted)... my theory (hopefully) is this is only happening when the engine is off (thats the only time I checked). I need to check more of this once the holidays is over...
