Well, Yes and No. I'm pretty certain you will receive the later version rear calipers that have a different inner casting than the early 78-89 versions. The brake line inlet has a different shape left or right caliper. So, see if you can find a pair of early inner castings, or modify yours to mimic the original early version.
Someone here can help by posting pics of the early and later versions so you can spot the differences
BTW- the inner mounting locations are different than what I assume these are intended for your Carrera ? The inner caliper castings have to be modified to fit the rear arms on your car. Costs about $400-500 for a machinist to do this
