The calipers have been out of stock for some time now. But if you buy the SCRS caliper mounts for the rears you should be OK when it comes to the brake line and for mounting to your Carrera rear arms. Last time I checked the parts were still available from Freisinger, and I think Mittelmotor stocks them too.
EDIT: I just checked and front and rear calipers both left and right seem to be in stock here in Europe.
