Hi Tony. I'm signed up for April 28-29 and I'm wondering if there is anything I should do to arrive as prepared as possible. I saw mention somewhere in the pages of posts something about "the Dempsey book". I assume it's this:

Should I buy and read that before the class? Something different? Just show up?
