Then you might consider getting rid of that lower fugly valence and option for a stock valence with the turbo rubber spoiler, or one of several other options in fiberglass that look a whole lot better than what is on there now.
The correct turbo rockers are out there used, but pricey. The vents in the rear turbo quarter panels could be filled , with some patch welding, but it takes an experienced metal guy to do it right. Depending on your budget you may want to keep those vents in place
