Town size does make a difference here in CO. 80% of population lives on the front range. For those that don’t know, CO is split north to south in the middle. Mountains to the west, plains to the right. The front range comprises all the towns on N/S line.

The nice thing about rural counties is conservative people who live there have officials that don’t enforce Governor BS mandates/decrees. Bad policy in the ghettos (large cities) doesn’t fly in the rural areas.
