Hey MAN I work for Toyota, First off dont use atf to flush your engine, Second u dont need to flush the engine as long as you do oil changes every 3,000 miles. What you should do is this Toyota recommends doing the spark plugs every 15,000 miles, SO start there. Then do what whe do to clean the intake and throttle body, GO to the dealer and ask for their F and A kit (Fuel and AIr kit) its made by BG and it will clean out you throttle body and intake and valves and all that fun stuff.
