I don't really exercise at all but my job keeps me on my feet and constantly moving so it keeps the weight off. I feel best at about 185lbs and I'm 6 feet tall so...anyway, I sail a Hobie 16 in the summer and need to keep a little weight on in case I capsize I'd have enough azz to flip the boat back over, Lol. Oh yeah and I'm 56.
