That was my goal, drop 25 in 8 weeks. I did it in 7 weeks and kept going to 8.
Lost 28 lbs total.
When I dropped my body fat into single digits, it took me 15 weeks, tons of cardio and weight training and a super strict diet. It was not fun but the results were amazing.
I tried to stick with 1800 calories a day. 500-600 calories a meal. If I stick to that I drop weight pretty fast.
Also Dogfishhead has a low cal IPA called Lo-Res IPA, its not great, but it is decent and 90 calories. When I really wanted a beer, it was better then light beer.
