It’s funny because I spent a fair amount on a lightweight lithium battery for one of my street bikes but I could eliminate a lot more weight with a diet and exercise program like some of you guys. There are some very fit members here in my age group, it’s inspirational.
Obviously, there are many other benefits to losing excess weight but the *faster motorcycle* motivation works for me!
It’s funny how weight can creep up. Most men are pretty strong and don’t notice hauling extra cargo if it’s gradual. I was shocked when my weight approached 200…I used to be 165 forever when I was younger. I’m down in the 180s and goal is 175.
