i get that. i ate oatmeal for breakfast and a green salad every single workday for a year. while my numbers went down, it didnt break any records. it was just a blip of a drop. super disappointing. like flossing 2x a day, and the dentist still lecturing you.
my doc said simply some folks just have cholestory bodies. haha. lucky me.
i am blessed to have NEVER ever tasted a Hungry Man Diner Special. haha. bleech..
