I had migraines maybe 2X year in my early teens. Debilitating. Carried Cafergot (caffeine/ergotamine) for years.

Now I get ocular migraines occasionally. No pain. Visual acuities temporarily go to 20/15 followed by scintillating scotoma and monocular visual disturbance, left. Scary at first.
