okay. i quit blatant sugar Mid December. total Beotch since the holidays were knocking at my door.

i didnt eat a single holiday candy or cookie. it sucked. but i think i quit the sugar craving. if its in say a meat marinade, so be it. but open sugary stuff, no thanks. i'll see how this plays out.
